Meal Plan Includes: 7 days of breakfasts, lunches, dinners (with recipes), and snacks that correspond to your calorie bracket. Meal plans are generated using calories and Portion Fix portion control system. Each meal/snack has an assigned calorie count, making mix and match options easy with plenty of variety!
